Hi Kellie! Thanks for your quick response to my questions. Yes, please feel free to use my comments on your website. We will let you know next year how the Liquid Roof has held up to our -40 degree temperature Canadian winter! So far it’s done its job and has sealed up the pinholes in the RV metal roof and the inside is as dry as Sahara sand storm !! No more water leaks !We had an opportunity to apply your Liquid Roof product on the metal roof of our RV this weekend. I am very happy with the ease of application and the final smooth look of the roof once the self leveling and curing process began. When I first started applying the liquid roof product ,being this was the first time I have used it, I was a bit concerned about running out of product and may have applied it a little too thinly .But as I used it more, I got used to how the product felt as it went on etc, and started to be more liberal in its application. These sections of roof look smooth and even. Where I may have been a little stingy in the amount of product I used looks not as smooth as the other areas. So, my question is: -can I apply a second coat of Liquid Roof to this area to get it to match the smoothness of the other areas?? If it is possible to do it, what prep work and steps do I need to take ?? We do have about a gallon of product left over from the large pail we ordered. We put this remainder in our deep freeze to stop the curing process. Was this an OK thing to do and should the product still be OK to use ?
Sure you can use our comments…. We used your product and loved it. You can add that we paid two grand to have the sliders caulked and they still leaked before using your product!! Took all the old caulk out and actually put the liquid roof in a 60ml syringe catheter tip and used it to pour a bead over the seam as it is hard to reach under the roof. We also found the leak was coming from the middle seam of the roof so all the caulk in the world would not have fixed it. We just ordered seven more gallons to paint the aluminum roof of the vehicle to keep heat out. The elastomeric paint we got from Lowes peeled off the first time we took the truck on the freeway.

I want to let you and anyone reading this know of my experience with Liquid Roof. I'll tell you the end of the story and then go from there;
FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!! (end of story!) I was pulling out of a RV slot that was a "pull thru" and found it wasn't quite a "pull thru!" The bubble/sky
light over my shower was hit by a tree and while the bubble didn't break it did crack around the base. I attempted an unsuccessful repair and found
it leaked terribly. I goggled and searched for a fix and found EPDM Coatings.com. I was really skeptical and was honestly concerned that I would
pay for a product and it either wouldn't work or I'd screw it up! Neither is true! IT IS SO EASY AND SO GREAT!!
I bought a one gallon Liquid Roof kit. I reseated the bubble (did not buy a new one !!) painted Liquid Roof around the entire base, placed the mesh
material over the painted part and painted it again with the Liquid Roof. I repaired the rubber roof areas around the bubble that had ripped and
then used the remaining gallon to paint every penetration on the roof.
We had 2.5 inches of rain in San Antonio in January and NONE of it was in my RV thanks to Liquid Roof. A couple of hints for anyone thinking about
doing this; first DO IT!! IT WORKS!! AND IT'S EASY!! Next, before you start get some old clothes on, some rubber gloves and I would tape off the
gutters so that it doesn't drip into the gutter. Overall this is a FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!!

It was about this time of year in 2004 that I contacted you about your product. We had suffered substantial hurricane damage in August 2004.
Materials and contractors were in very short supply for many months after the storm. I had a flat roof on the back of my home that needed a new hot
tar roof but no one was available to do the job and wouldn't be for several months. In the meantime water was pouring through the ceiling of our
lanai each time it rained.
I remember our conversation well. You were very courteous and helpful in describing what your product could do for me. You agreed to sell me your
commercial product for dealer price due to our special situation. Your guidance in applying the product was most helpful.
It was a breeze to put on. I had every intention of sending you before and after photos but things were hectic then.
It is five years later and your product is still doing the job. We have not had to have the roof replaced. I would highly recommend your product to
anyone with a problem with a flat roof.

Dear EDPM,
After months of trying to decide between a competitors product or a repair or replacement of my flat rubber roof on my garage. I decided to try you
"Liquid Rubber." I am so glad I did! It turned out wonderful! Far better than I would have expected! I am very thankful I chose your product and
cannot believe I was even considering another competitors "system". So glad I didn't! Easy to mix and easy to apply! It worked great and completely
fixed my leaking roof in one shot! The three white five gallons cost me less than $1000.00. Compare that to a new rubber roof installed at a cost
of over $8,000.00 or a "professional" repair at around $5-6,000!
I can't say enough about the quality! I did use "Eterna-Bond" tape on the many loose seams. I think that was very helpful. I also really made sure
I cleaned the roof first with my pressure washer and cleaning solution.
I am attaching several photos at various stages (dates on photo). And you can see how nice it turned out. The amazing "bubbling" has almost gone.

In January we purchased your liquid roof material and applied it per your instructions. We wanted to wait a few months and we very impressed with
the product and told several people about it. At the time I ordered I was told we would receive a $50.00 gift certificate for some before and after
pictures which we have attached. The results speak for themselves.
We had been told by several RV shops that there was no other option than installing a new roof for approx $5,200.00 Your product was a real boon

I ordered a gallon of Liquid Rubber last summer, and inquired if it could be spread with an adhesive applicator trowel; the sales person was not
aware of this having been tried. I tried using a commercially available trowel with 4 sawtooth teeth per inch, and 0.135 inch notch depths, holding
the trowel at about a 45 degree tilt. This worked great, and spread the liquid at exactly the recommended rate. The trowel is followed by a brush
or roller to level the liquid.
My application is to repair the seams on an EPDM roof; the seams are weathering much faster than the roofing membrane. After wire brushing and
vacuuming the areas to be repaired, the new coating is well adhered, smooth, and continuous, and, AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF THE ROOF LOOKS BRAND NEW!
I just ordered two more gallons.

I applied the liquid rubber to the roof of our camper and after a few minutes it started to bubble up. Whats going on? What do you guys think? Thanks Mickey. Bubbling is normal. It is part of the curing process. Normally it will take anywhere from 5-10 days for all the bubbling to cure. Hey, You were correct. I went on the roof this morning and was amazed. It looks great. Thanks for the help. The product is amazing!

Lou, I promised I would e-mail you guys what we thought of your product either way. Well I must say you were right about everything it claimed. We were more than pleased with the performance of the product. We were concerned with the cost but after seeing how thick it is and the fact that it required no primers or additional coats the cost actually was cheaper that other systems. We had been looking for a roofing coating for some time. We ordered a gallon in the summer to test it out on our roof, part epdm and part metal. After our initial testing we were quite amazed with the performance of the product. This is the only product that had stopped our leak, and in fact the first time in 4 years the roof did not leak. We since then completed our entire roof and saved several thousand dollars by hiring some general laborers to apply the material along with some people who work in our warehouse. A friend of mine gave me a gallon of the Liquid Rubber he had left over after I complained to him about a chronic leak on my roof. Although my roofer did some patch work, I still had water coming in when the rain was heavy. Well I tried the Liquid Rubber in the area where the water was coming from.
That was six months ago. Today, all is dry. I have to thank my friend for introducing me to this great product.

We have been doing metal roofs for about 12 years now and I think we found the product to end all. Great staff who walked us through our first roof. We had a 25,000 sq ft flat roof, mostly metal with some rusting and areas where the vents were covered with a hot tar application. We brushed on an elastomeric coating on the tar areas and on the heavily rusted areas covered them with a metal primer. By the way the product is nice to work with. Given the 8 hour timeframe you have to work with, our guys didn't have to rush. Not the case with some of the other products out there where the set up is real quick. We were quite amazed with the appearance. It looks like someone put a 25,000 sq ft piece of sheet epdm on our roof. We'll be back!

I was going to install a regular rubber roof when I saw your product. It would save a lot of work. I ordered a gallon to try and your product was just what you said it was. I had a contractor build a patio cover out of cedar and 4x4 glass panes. He never could get the roof to stop leaking though he used several products. Water would eventually always leak somewhere around the joint of the glass and the tin lip he had laid the glass in. I just applied your product and am confident I finally found the right sealant to stop the leaks. I can BBQ in the dry for once without drips all over the patio roof. Great product! I just wanted to drop a line about your product.

Just wanted to share these photos with you. We have received several quotes for our 25,000 ft roof and after all was said and done managed to get it done for under $21,000 with you guys. After talking to a few RV dealers, most of them recommended putting a roof conditioner on to retreat the roof even though the black rubber roof was
showing through. I decided to call and talk to you all. After my conversation with you all, it was recommended that I use a product called Streak
Master. This product prepares the roof for sealing. It removes all the dirt and paint chalking. I washed the roof with the Streak Master and left
it dry for one
day.
I followed the directions that I received with the Liquid Roof. After mixing the material, I used a squeegee and short nap roller and paint brush
to apply the liquid roof. The material went on fairly easy , it took about 2 hours to apply the material. I'm very happy with the end result. It
looks like I have a new roof on my trailer. Now I don't have to worry about the rain finding a way into the trailer and ruining our contents. I'm
very please to know the Liquid Roof should last about 10 to 15 years. I would be glad to endorse this product if anyone would have any questions
about it. It has been a please dealing with your company.
Attached is a picture of the trailer I used the EPDM coating on. It's 10 years old and the roof gave out last year. I applied your coating and
everything has been "hunky-dory" since then. Thanks for a really good product which is easy to use and DOES the job as advertised.

In early June I purchased a 4 gal pail of "Liquid Roof" for my RV with the hope it would seal the Roof from additional leaks. Its been about a week
since the product was applied and today I viewed the results and I can not tell you how pleased I am with your product and how the old roof looks new
. The results of the new coating have not been tested with a heavy shower as yet. If there is any water that gets into the RV. It will not be through
the roof (my opinion)
A couple of observation; your customer service is great. I had some concerns as I had not used your products previously. Please advise any potential
customers to relax as your folks have the answers to any problem.
You may want to include with your instructions the fact that the material spreads so much easier with a squeegee and then finish with a roller. In
addition after a short period of time the highs and lows seem to blend together and you have a great looking and tight roof again. I found the
brushing didn't work well at all.

Thanks to all for the very informative info. It made our decision easier. After discussing with several roofing companies we found that your product as promised did not require a primer nor a second application. We saved about a $1.10 per sq foot. Next month the second building!.

The snow roof was a nightmare. Lasted about 3 years. When we moved the Coachman to bring in the new modular cabin, it split in places...along with the
bubbles. Didn't realize this until the water came inside. I just hope we can find this slow leak we have. All the rest of your roofing is fine
and we don't ever expect to move the Coachman
again unless it's too the "junk yard".

We have used your product before for a roof and glad you are still on the market. We ordered some today for our vacation home in Florida. We used all the other products out there Kool Seal, Snow Roof and the like...but after a couple of years they cracked and we had to resurface it again. Your product doesn't seem to do that.

One of the unique things about the product is that it is very easy to use, very clean and it won't run down the sides of the trailer. It dries to a
smooth beautiful finish. On a metal roof it will quiet the roof and reduce the heat in the interior. It is very easy to make spot repairs on metal
roofs and an excellent product to seal vents and pipes. I use, at
this time no other sealant. If a customer wants a roof with a less expensive product that is not as reliable, I refuse to do the job.
We looked at the product and it is far superior than anything I have ever see out there. We switched to Liquid Roof because of the simplicity of the product as far as its application and it is also compatible with all types of roofs.
